REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

This policy applies to products purchased from Royal Tech online or at our store at 13 Main Street, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14, D14 HR65, Ireland. It does not limit any rights you have under Irish consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
ONLINE PURCHASES — CHANGE OF MIND
For most products purchased online, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact Royal Tech within that 14-day period at itsroyaltech.official@gmail.com or 083 174 3093 and clearly state that you wish to cancel.
After notifying us, you must return the goods within a further 14 days. Unless the product is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning it.
Returned goods must include all supplied accessories, parts and packaging. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop, but you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics and functioning.
The legal cooling-off right may not apply to certain products, including personalized or special-order goods, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and digital content or software supplied under circumstances where the right to cancel has been lawfully lost. These exceptions do not affect your rights where goods are faulty or not as described.
IN-STORE PURCHASES — CHANGE OF MIND
For an eligible product purchased in our physical store, Royal Tech offers an exchange or store credit when:
- you contact or return the product within 7 calendar days of purchase;
- you provide valid proof of purchase;
- the product is unused, undamaged, complete and in resalable condition;
- all original packaging, accessories, manuals and supplied items are returned; and
- any security seals remain intact where applicable.
This 7-day in-store policy is a goodwill change-of-mind policy. It does not provide a cash refund for a non-faulty product. Products that have been activated, registered, network-locked, personalized, had user accounts or personal data added, or otherwise used beyond reasonable inspection may not qualify. Opened hygiene-sensitive products, digital codes, software and special-order products may also be excluded unless faulty.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS
If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, unsafe, not as described or does not conform to the sales contract, contact us as soon as possible. Your remedies are governed by Irish consumer law and may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances.
The 7-day in-store change-of-mind period and the online cancellation rules do not limit your statutory rights for faulty goods. Where goods are confirmed as faulty or mis-described, Royal Tech will cover or reimburse reasonable return costs as required by law.
REFUNDS
Where a refund is due, it will normally be issued to the original payment method. For a valid online cancellation, the refund includes the price paid and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the order. Additional costs for an upgraded or premium delivery option are not refundable unless required by law.
We may withhold an online change-of-mind refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Approved refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your payment provider.

Please include your order number or receipt, contact details, product details and the reason for the return. Do not send passwords, PINs, device unlock codes or payment-card details. Back up and remove personal data from devices before a return where possible.
