Battery repairs
Full days, back on one charge.
If your Galaxy is dying by lunch, the battery is the first suspect — but not the only one. We check its health on the bench first, so you only pay for a battery if a battery is actually the problem. Replacements are fitted, sealed and verified through a charge test.

Charging repairs
Honest fixes — a clean before a replacement.
Plenty of 'broken' Galaxy charging ports are just compacted pocket lint stopping the USB-C cable from seating. We start with a proper clean and test — including fast-charge behaviour — and only replace the port when it's genuinely worn or damaged.

Camera repairs
Sharp photos again — lens or module, priced right.
A cracked lens lets dust onto the sensor and ruins every photo, but the camera underneath is often perfect. We replace just the lens when that's the case, and the full module only when the fault is inside it — focus, zoom, flash and stabilisation tested either way.

If the rest of your Galaxy works well, a screen or battery repair is usually the sensible choice. If repair no longer makes sense for its age and condition, we will tell you — and you can put its trade-in value towards a new or pre-owned Samsung or another phone instead.

How much will the repair cost?
It depends on the exact model and the fault, so we never guess online. Bring the device in — or message us on WhatsApp — and after a free assessment we confirm the full price with you before any work starts. If you decide not to go ahead, nothing is owed for the assessment.
How long will it take?
That depends on the fault and what the repair needs, so we confirm the timeframe together with your quote after the assessment — before you commit to anything.
Do I need to book an appointment?
No booking is needed. Walk in any day of the week, or message us on WhatsApp first and we will tell you what to bring.
Which models do you repair?
All Samsung Galaxy models are assessed in store — S series, Note and A series included. If a repair is not worthwhile, we will tell you honestly and can show you replacement options.
What should I bring?
Just the device — and its charger if the problem is charging or power related. If the device might still be under the manufacturer's warranty, it is worth checking that first; we are happy to advise either way.
